Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once the order is confirmed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Non-Cancellable Orders
